INSIDE THE COLORADO CONDO

The master bedroom is large and has a king-sized bed with plenty of room for storage. The sliding glass doors in the bedroom also offer a view and access to the balcony. The unit has one and one half baths. In addition to one full bathroom with tub, the bedroom is equipped with a personal sink and dressing area. All the rooms have quiet electric baseboard heat (in addition to the fireplace).

The condo is equipped just like home and has all the niceties for preparing your own meals and beverages, from a rolling pin to a blender. It is outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen including range, microwave, dishwasher, full counter appliances, ice-maker, and all the pots, pans, silverware and stemware needed. There is a large dining area adjacent to the kitchen with an oak table and chairs for six.

It has many luxury furnishings including two color televisions. The living room has a remote control large screen TV and videocassette recorder. You can watch your videotapes made during the day, or draw some from a large collection of feature movies, sports and cartoons we keep hidden in the cabinet. There is also a collection of cards, board games and puzzles available. The bedroom is equipped with a remote TV. A video store is right nearby where you may rent more movies.

Other unit niceties include two humidifiers for humidity lovers. Just below the unit is a clubhouse. It has a Jacuzzi, sauna and a large indoor heated swimming pool, all for your use. You can sip your drink in the bubbling Jacuzzi or the pool while you watch the snowflakes fall on the trees outside in the winter.

Unit 137 has its own two-car covered parking spot directly underneath the unit, No shoveling snow off your car or dodging the rain drops here. Laundry facilities are also available below the unit in the parking garage area
